Have you ever heard of the David Goggins 4 X 4 X 48 Fitness Challenge? The goal is to run or walk 4 MILES every 4 HOURS for 48 HOURS straight! Yep, day and night, from March 5th at 8pm through March 7th at 8pm.

The challenge was started in 2020 by David Goggins, a famous ultramarathon runner, ultra-distance cyclist, triathlete, motivational speaker, and author. The challenge was so successful last year that he’s brought it back for 2021.
