THIS HOLIDAY, YOU CAN MAKE A HUGE DIFFERENCE!

“It was a true blessing when, as I sat on the floor in the vet’s office holding Chico, I got the news that Ellie’s Rainy Day Fund would pay the majority of Chico’s vet bills/prescriptions. Now he could have the surgery that might save his life.”

Meet some of the families ERDF has kept together by saving their pets' lives.

As Roller's mom said, “The Fund, and those who contribute to it, are all superheroes. They don’t just save a pet, they save your family member, they save your faith in humanity.”

Happy Holidays!

As the year comes to a close, we wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for entrusting us with the health care of your pets. We know that they are cherished members of your family and are honored that you have chosen us to help to care for them.

At this time of year, thoughts turn to giving. Our furry family members give so much to us that we’re naturally led to want to give to them and to help other families to experience the same closeness that we’re privileged to enjoy.

If you are looking for a wonderful way to support pets here in the Miami Valley, we hope that you will consider joining us in supporting Ellie’s Rainy Day Fund.

What kind of families/pets will you save? Those like:

  • ROLLER, the Corgi, who brings his autistic 4 year old “brother” out of his shell.
  • ROWDY, the kitty, who alerts his “dad” when dad’s about to have a seizure.
  • MABEL, the pup, who’s an anchor/comfort for her “grandma” who has Alzheimer’s.
  • KAHLUA, the Pit, who for 11 years is the only constant her homeless “dad” has had.

Ellie’s Rainy Day Fund has made it possible for us to keep several families together by funding needed services that saved pets’ lives.

Chico and his human “brother” are inseparable! After he ate part of a mattress, they feared they’d lose him until Ellie’s Rainy Day Fund helped with the cost of the surgery that saved his life. As his Mom said, “We are so thankful to Bigger Road, Ellie’s Rainy Day Fund and all those who donate. You saved our family.” Check out their video and story.

No one should be put in a position where they must decide to surrender or euthanize a member of their family! In every case, we want desperately to help. But when larger medical issues occur, it is very difficult to find any organization to help with costs. Ellie’s Rainy Day Fund makes it possible for us to save more lives.

You can join with us and Ellie’s Rainy Day Fund to keep more families together by saving pets’ lives.

Here’s what your tax-deductible gift can do:

  • $25 can provide medication needed to prevent infection.
  • $60 can pay for a veterinary consultation.
  • $100 can enable a day of hospitalization.
  • $150 can offer an appointment with a specialist.
  • $250 can deliver imaging.
  • $500 can furnish basic emergency room care.

Since all administrative costs are covered by the Fund, 100% of your donation goes directly to helping beloved pets.

Tax-deductible donations can be made through their website, with an opportunity to designate our practice as the recipient, or you are welcome to send a check made out to Ellie’s Rainy Day Fund, to either our office, or directly to them at P.O. Box 340013, Beavercreek, OH 45434.

Thank you for caring about the quality of life of both your furry family member and that of your neighbor’s as well. We look forward to continuing to partner with you in providing for your pets’ health needs.

We wish you a holiday season filled with joy and good health.
